This is a 6-week series designed to take you from core and pelvic floor foundations to functional strength and conditioning. Classes will be held at EVERLOVE STUDIO in Collingwood Ontario, Exact day and time TBD.
You must have an initial assessment or be a current client to participate. This is so that we can ensure the class is programmed specifically to meet your needs and track your progress.
Cost: $240 for 6 weeks (40/class) - This does not include the cost of your assessment (if applicable).
